PROVIDENCE, R.I. (July 5, 2011) – Arthur B. Wasserman has joined TD Wealth Management, a subsidiary of TD Bank N.A., as Vice President, Private Banking Officer in Providence, R.I. He is responsible for bringing the resources of TD Wealth Management to high net worth individuals and institutions throughout Rhode Island.

Wasserman has more than 25 years of experience in wealth management and financial services. Prior to joining TD Wealth Management, he served in a similar role at BNY Mellon Wealth Management in Boston.

A resident of Lincoln, R.I., Wasserman is a graduate of Bryant University in Smithfield, R.I.
