CHERRY HILL, New Jersey (March 28, 2010) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has promoted Arty C. Zulawski to Senior Credit Officer in Credit Risk Management in Cherry Hill, N.J. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of credit risk management relative to TD Bank’s New Jersey healthcare commercial loan portfolio.
Zulawski has 37 years of experience in banking, lending and finance. As a senior lending officer, his extensive background includes managing large corporate, middle market, asset based, and commercial real estate lending teams. He joined TD Bank in 2000 in the Commercial Loan Review Department and most recently served as a Credit Officer.

A resident of Deptford Township, N.J., Zulawski is involved in a number of community and civic activities. He is a former Trustee of the Rowan University Foundation; former Chairman of the Deptford Township Municipal Utilities Authority and past Director of the Deptford Township Foundation for Educational Excellence. Zulawski received an MBA in 1980 from St. John’s University and an undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in 1972. He is a native of Lakewood, N.J., where he graduated from Lakewood High School in 1968.
