James F. Keenan has joined Bernstein, Shur, Sawyer & Nelson as an attorney in the firm's Commercial Department in Portland. His practice will concentrate in commercial and corporate law as it relates to electronic commerce and the Internet.

Keenan is a 1998 cum laude graduate of Boston College School of Law in Newton, Mass., and graduated in 1995 magna cum laude from Bowdoin College in Brunswick. Originally from Standish and a 1991 graduate of Bonny Eagle High School, Keenan now lives in Portland. He is a member of the American Bar Association and Maine State Bar Association.
