Joel Shaw has re-located his business law practice to Bernstein Shur’s Portland office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general corporate matters.

A Gorham resident, Shaw joined Bernstein Shur in 2005 in Manchester, New Hampshire. He is a member of the firm’s Business Law Practice Group.
Shaw graduated first in his class in 2002 from the Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire, and is a 1997 graduate of Boston College. Shaw’s previous experience includes the institutional funds division of a large investment manager and the enforcement staff of the New Hampshire Bureau of Securities Regulation.
