Attorney Lynne D. Houle has joined the Business Law Practice Group at Bernstein Shur. Her practice will focus on general corporate and securities law.

A resident of Cape Elizabeth, Houle has significant experience in international commercial and corporate law. She served for five years as an attorney at Brobeck, Hale and Dorr International in Prague, Czech Republic, where her practice included handling transactions related to the privatization of formerly state-owned entities. She has also lived in Budapest and in Amsterdam. Houle is a member of the bar associations in both Maine and Massachusetts.

Houle is a 1991 graduate of the Stanford University School of Law in Palo Alto, California, and a 1986 summa cum laude graduate of Ohio University in Athens.
