PORTLAND, Maine – Attorney Sarah B. Tracy has joined the Litigation Department of Bernstein, Shur, Sawyer & Nelson in the regional law firm’s Portland office.

Ms. Tracy will focus her practice on commercial litigation, employment law and intellectual property. She also will assist with personal injury matters at Bernstein, Shur, one of Northern New England’s largest firms with 80 attorneys in three locations.

Ms. Tracy previously served as an associate at the Boston law firm of Holland & Knight, LLP, and as a law clerk for Maine Supreme Judicial Court Justice Donald G. Alexander.

A Freeport resident, Ms. Tracy received her law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law in Hartford and her undergraduate degree in 1997 from Amherst College in Amherst, Massachusetts.
