Attorney Ted Small Joins Bernstein, Shur, Sawyer & Nelson

Attorney Ted Small has joined the Litigation Department at the statewide law firm of Bernstein, Shur, Sawyer & Nelson.

Small has previously coordinated and managed operations on a number of political campaigns. An experienced writer and researcher, he also developed communication strategies for a variety of corporate clients and citizen initiatives at a large national public opinion polling firm. In 2001, he served as a summer associate at Bernstein, Shur while attending law school.

A Naples resident, Small graduated first in his class from the University of Maine School of Law, where he served as a writing instructor, case note/comment editor on the Law Review, and co-chair of the Maine Association for Public Interest Law. He received a master's in political science in 1992 from the University of Florida in Gainesville, and a bachelor's degree in 1989 from the University of Maine in Orono. Originally from the Lewiston/Auburn area, Small is a 1985 graduate of St. Dominic Regional High School.
