Attorney Wendy Harlan to be Featured Speaker at “Business Succession Planning in Maine” Seminar Oct. 6

PORTLAND, Maine – Bernstein, Shur, Sawyer & Nelson attorney Wendy Harlan will be a featured speaker at an October 6 seminar entitled “Business Succession Planning in Maine,” sponsored by Lorman Education Services.

The one-day seminar, which will be held at the Holiday Inn by the Bay from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., will cover business appraisals, basic tools to maximize cash flow and minimize taxes, ethical challenges faced by professionals, and other related topics.
