Elizabeth Burns to head group focused on senior issues

PORTLAND, Maine - Bernstein, Shur, Sawyer & Nelson, one of the Northern New England's largest law firms, has opened an Elder Law Practice Group to serve clients and their families needing elder law legal representation.

The group will be headed by Elizabeth A. Burns, an experienced tax and estate planning lawyer. The firm has started the specialty practice group in response to many questions from clients facing the complexities of elder law.
