Beth Chea Joins TD Bank as Vice President in SBA Lending for Northeast Massachusetts

ANDOVER, Mass. (August 4, 2011) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Beth A. Chea as Vice President – Business Development Officer in SBA Lending for northeast Massachusetts. Based in Andover, Mass., she is responsible for expanding TD Bank’s SBA loan production by originating both 7(a) business loans and 504 real estate loans throughout the region.

Chea has 15 years of experience in banking and commercial lending. Prior to joining TD Bank, she served as a Commercial Lender at Hampshire First Bank in Portsmouth, N.H., and before that, as a Regional Account Manager at CIT Small Business Lending Corp., where she originated SBA loans in Northern New England.

Chea serves on the board for NHCIBOR (New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of Realtors), and is a member of NEBBA (New England Business Brokers Association), RCA of MA (Realtors Commercial Alliance of Massachusetts) and New England CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).

A resident of Greenland, N.H., Chea is a 1996 graduate of Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill. She is a Bow, N.H. native and graduated from Concord (N.H.) High School in 1992.
