WINTER HAVEN, Fla. (February 18, 2011) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Brian S. Boyce a Senior Loan Officer in Commercial Lending in Winter Haven, Fla. A vice president, he is responsible for new loan and deposit generation and managing existing commercial banking clients in Polk County and throughout the Florida Heartland Region.
Boyce has 10 years of experience in banking and lending. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as a first vice president in commercial banking at SunTrust Bank in Polk County.

A resident of Winter Haven, Boyce serves on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross Polk and Highlands County Chapter, is a current board member of the Polk County Industrial Development Authority and is a member of the Lake Region Yacht & Country Club. He received an MBA in 2003 from Warner University in Lake Wales, Fla., and is a 1997 graduate of Lake Region High School in Winter Haven.
