KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. (November 10, 2011) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Brian D. Gallagher as Vice President, Relationship Manager in Commercial Real Estate Finance in King of Prussia, Pa. He is responsible for originating and managing a wide range of loans to commercial real estate finance clients throughout the Philadelphia region.

Gallagher has 12 years of experience in banking and finance. Prior to joining TD Bank, he worked in commercial lending positions at Wells Fargo, Wachovia Bank, Sovereign Bank and National City Bank throughout the region.

A Narberth, Pa., resident, Gallagher received an MBA in 1999 from Penn State University in State College, and an undergraduate degree in 1993 from The College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio. He is a native of Philadelphia, where he graduated from William Penn Charter in 1989.
