Christopher Johnson Named Store Manager at TD Bank in Stamford, Connecticut

STAMFORD, Conn. (April 29, 2011) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Christopher G. Johnson the Store Manager of the Stamford Downtown store located at 1625 Summer St. in Stamford, Conn. An assistant vice president, he is responsible for new business development, consumer and business lending, and managing personnel and day-to-day operations at the store serving customers throughout the Stamford area.

Johnson has 25 years of experience in retail banking. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as a Sales and Operations Leader at Fairfield County Bank in Westport, Conn. Johnson is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Weston, Conn., a member and former director of the Westport-Weston Chamber of Commerce, and a former board member of Smart Kids with Learning Disabilities.

A resident of Monroe, Conn., Johnson volunteers as a coach with Monroe Little League baseball and the Monroe AYSO soccer. He is a 1987 graduate of the University of Connecticut in Storrs.
