She is responsible for assisting in the management of a portfolio of substandard loans, providing risk management and service needs.

Cleaver has more than 11 years of experience in banking and lending.

A St. Petersburg, Fla., resident, Cleaver is a 2002 graduate of Davenport University in Dearborn, Mich., where she obtained an MBA with a concentration in Finance, and a 1999 graduate of the University of Michigan - Dearborn.
