David Duggan Joins Peoples Heritage Bank in Commercial Lending

David M. Duggan has joined Peoples Heritage Bank as vice president in the Commercial Lending Department in Rockland. He is responsible for commercial lending activities in Maine's midcoast region, spanning from Wiscasset to Belfast, in his role as commercial loan officer.

Duggan has 11 years in banking and served previously as a small business relationship manager with another Maine bank.

A resident of Boothbay Harbor, Duggan serves as treasurer of the Boothbay Region Land Trust, and also is treasurer of the Boothbay Harbor Rotary Club. He is planning to relocate to the Rockland/Camden area. Duggan is a 1975 graduate of Denison University in Granville, Ohio.

Peoples Heritage Bank is a Maine-based bank with 69 branches throughout the state, five of which operate as Oxford Bank & Trust, a division of the bank.
