NUTLEY, N.J. (November 30, 2011) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named David E. Meyer as Vice President, Relationship Manager in Commercial Lending in Nutley, N.J. He is responsible for developing and managing commercial loan relationships with business clients throughout the Union County and eastern Essex County region.

Meyer has more than 15 years of experience in banking and finance. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as a Business Advisor, Business Banker at PNC Bank in Woodland Park, N.J. Meyer is a member of the Garden State Credit Associates, Gateway Chamber of Commerce and the Newark Regional Business Partnership.

A South Orange, N.J., resident, Meyer serves on the board of the Arc of Essex County. He received an MBA from Seton Hall University in South Orange and an undergraduate degree from Drew University in Madison, N.J. Meyer is a graduate of Columbia High School in Maplewood, N.J.
