David Mullen Named Regional Manager in Equipment Finance at TD Bank

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (March 8, 2010) - TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank has named David K. Mullen the Regional Manager for TD Equipment Finance covering eastern and central Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Based in Foxborough, Mass., he will partner with TD Bank commercial lenders to meet the equipment financing needs of bank clients. In addition, he will originate direct equipment financing transactions where there are opportunities for complementary TD Bank products and solutions.
 Mullen has 20 years of experience in equipment finance. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as a Vice President at Omni Capital, a division of Omni National Bank. He held similar positions at CitiCapital, ABN AMRO and Textron Financial. Mullen is a member of the Commercial Finance Association.
Mullen holds an MBA from DePaul University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Isenberg School of Management.
