Francine Smith Named Store Manager at Three TD Bank Locations in Glastonbury, Conn.

GLASTONBURY, Conn. (May 28, 2014) – TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has promoted Francine C. Smith to Vice President, Store Manager of its three Glastonbury stores, located at 2461 Main St., 738 Hebron Ave. and 105 Welles St. She is responsible for new business development, consumer and business lending, managing personnel and overseeing the day-to-day operations at the stores serving customers throughout the area.

Smith has 31 years of experience in banking and bank operations. She joined TD Bank in 2005 as a Store Manager in Waterbury and later served in the same role at the Southbury store before her most recent position as Regional Operations Officer for the Hartford region. Smith is a member of the TD Women in Leadership initiative.

A Thomaston, Conn., resident, Smith is active in the WAMS Music Booster Club. She received a Finance degree in 1996 from Teikyo Post University in Waterbury and was the salutatorian of her 1985 graduating class at Wilby High School in Waterbury.
