He is responsible for new business development, consumer and business lending, managing personnel and overseeing the day-to-day operations at the store serving customers throughout the area.

Tulloch has seven years of banking experience. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as a Branch Manager at Astoria Federal Savings in Flushing, N.Y.

A Cambria Heights, N.Y., resident, Tulloch is a 2005 graduate of St. Johns University and a 2001 graduate of Jamaica High School, both in Queens.
