Jeffrey Bayard Joins TD Bank as Vice President – Portfolio Manager in Boston

BOSTON (March 8, 2011) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Jeffrey D. Bayard as Vice President – Portfolio Manager in the Healthcare, Education and Not-for-Profit Group at 200 State Street in Boston. He is responsible for underwriting and maintaining credit relationships with a portfolio of healthcare, education and not-for-profit organizations in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Bayard has almost five years of experience in banking and lending. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as in a similar position at Citizens Bank in Boston.

A resident of Medford, Mass., Bayard serves on the Advisory Board of ESC of New England. In 2006, he received an MBA in Nonprofit Management and Finance from Boston University. Bayard is a 1994 graduate of the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, and a 1989 graduate of Swampscott (Mass.) High School.
