Jerry McDermott Joins TD Bank as Senior Relationship Manager in Middle Market Banking for Connecticut

WILTON, Conn. (February 19, 2014) – TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has named W. Jerome (Jerry) McDermott as Senior Relationship Manager in Wilton, Conn. He is responsible for managing existing relationships and growing a commercial loan portfolio  serving middle-market companies across Connecticut.

McDermott has more than 25 years of experience in commercial banking with an emphasis in business development, lending and credit. Prior to joining TD Bank, he worked at GE Capital, Chase Manhattan Bank and Connecticut National Bank. McDermott is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Turnaround Management Association.

A resident of Monroe, Conn., McDermott is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University in New Britain. He is a 1981 graduate of Westhill High School in Stamford, Conn.
