Joe Griffeth Joins TD Bank as Managing Director in Asset Based Lending for Southeastern Region

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (June 1, 2016) – TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has named Joe L. Griffeth, Jr. as Managing Director, Originations in Asset Based Lending. Based in Charlotte, N.C., he is responsible for providing TD Bank's asset-based financing solutions, including revolving credit facilities and term loans as well as the broader suite of banking products, to mid- and large-sized companies across North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.

Griffeth brings 30 years of experience originating and executing ABL and leveraged finance transactions. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as Managing Director, Originations at GE Capital Corporate Finance in Charlotte. Griffeth is a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and the Commercial Finance Association (CFA).
