CHERRY HILL,, N.J. (December 17, 2013) – TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has named John W. Juers as Senior Vice President, U.S. Compliance Regulatory Officer in Cherry Hill, N.J. He is responsible for partnering with Compliance teams, business leaders and control functions to keep TD business leaders updated on all current and potential regulations and guidance, prioritize TD’s response to regulatory requirements, and develop action plans to address them..

Juers has 20 years of banking experience. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as Vice President, Chief Regulatory Counsel at M&T Bank and as Vice President, Counsel at Wilmington Trust, both in Wilmington, Del.

A Wilmington resident, Juers received his law degree in 1990 from SUNY Buffalo School of Law and his undergraduate degree in 1985 from The Pennsylvania State University in University Park.
