John Kelly Joins TD Bank as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer in Commercial Lending for DC Metro Region

VIENNA, Va. (April 10, 2012) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named John J. Kelly as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer in Commercial Lending in Vienna, Va. He specializes in commercial real estate – developing and maintaining relationships with investors and middle-market developers throughout the DC Metro region. Mr. Kelly originates loans, including refinancing, acquisition, development and construction facilities and also manages client banking relationships, providing access to a full suite of bank products.

Mr. Kelly has six years of commercial real estate banking experience and more than 20 years in real estate acquisitions and development. Prior to joining TD Bank, he held positions at US Bank, Commercial Real Estate Group in McLean, Va., KeyBank Real Estate Capital in Washington, D.C., GE Real Estate Capital in Stamford, Conn., and The Evermore Group in Cambridge, Mass. Mr. Kelly is a member of the Real Estate Lenders Association (RELA), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

A resident of Falls Church, Va., Mr. Kelly serves on the Board of the Jubilee Support Alliance (JSA). He received an MBA from the University of Connecticut in Storrs and a bachelor’s in finance from the Wallace E. Carroll School of Management at Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Mass.
