Kara Halas Joins TD Bank as Store Manager in Salem, Mass.

SALEM, Mass. (June 21, 2011) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Kara B. Halas the Store Manager of the Loring Avenue store located at 600 Loring Ave. in Salem, Mass. She is responsible for new business development, consumer and business lending, and managing personnel and day-to-day operations at the store serving customers throughout the area.

Halas has 11 years of banking experience. Prior to joining TD Bank, she served as an Operations Manager at Citibank in Boston.

A Peabody, Mass., resident, Halas received a doctorate from Capella University in 2011, a master’s degree from St. John’s College in 1993 and an undergraduate degree in 1991 from Hollins University in Roanoke, Va.
