Linda McGill of Bernstein Shur Joins Faculty of Maine Human Resources Convention May 10–13

McGill to conduct a session on challenges faced by nonprofit employers

Linda D. McGill, a labor and employment law attorney at Bernstein Shur, has been named to the faculty at the upcoming Maine Human Resources Convention May 10 – 13 at the Samoset Resort in Rockport, Maine.

McGill will conduct a session dedicated specifically to the unique challenges of nonprofit employers called "Managing Talent in the Nonprofit World." In making the announcement, convention manager Bud Bernstein said, “I've worked with Linda for years and in every instance she has brought a level of commitment and professionalism to the program that benefits our attendees. Every nonprofit employer in the audience ought to drop in on this session.”

McGill is a top labor and employment law attorney in Maine and a shareholder at Bernstein Shur. She represents employers in all workplace issues, including matters under federal and state labor laws, union-management relations, discrimination claims and claims prevention.
