MEDIA ADVISORY : Banknorth to Dedicate New Falmouth Office Complex

WHAT: Dedication Event, Ribbon Cutting, and Media Tours of Banknorth's new $18 million office building off Exit 10 in Falmouth

WHEN: Tuesday, June 10, 2003, 10 a.m. A reception and tours of the state-of-the-art facility will directly follow the ribbon cutting ceremony.

WHERE: 70 Gray Road, Falmouth, Maine. Take Exit 10 off the Maine Turnpike, and the facility is on the left in the West Falmouth Crossing development (across from Hannaford).

WHO: Banknorth President and CEO William J. Ryan will cut the ribbon to officially open Banknorth's new office facility. In addition, public officials, representatives from companies involved in the project and members of Banknorth's senior executive team will be present. Mr. Ryan will be introduced by Carol Mitchell of Banknorth.
