Mark DiGesare Joins TD Bank as Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager in Commercial Lending in Winter Park, Fla.

WINTER PARK, Fla. (May 23, 2012) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Mark F. DiGesare as Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager for the Commercial Lending Group in Winter Park, Fla. He is responsible for developing and managing commercial lending and deposit relationships with companies with $3 to $50 million in annual revenues, located throughout Seminole, Orange and Osceola counties.

DiGesare has 15 years of experience in commercial banking and lending. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as a Commercial Relationship Manager at JPMorgan Chase in Orlando. Before that, he financed heavy duty construction equipment for multiple dealers in town for seven years and spent three years as a Business Banking Officer at Suntrust Bank.

A resident of Oviedo, Fla., DiGesare is a 1998 graduate of the University of Central Florida in Orlando and a 1993 graduate of Clearwater (Fla.) High School. He has volunteered as a coach with the Oviedo YMCA and has been active with the Oviedo/Winter Springs Chamber of Commerce, the East Orlando Chamber of Commerce and other professional networking organizations. DiGesare also has served on advisory boards with the Eta Rho Chapter of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity.
