Mark Milligan Joins TD Bank as Vice President, Senior Commercial Lending Officer in Glastonbury, Conn.

GLASTONBURY, Conn. (July 12, 2012) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Mark P. Milligan as Vice President, Senior Commercial Lending Officer in Commercial Banking in Glastonbury, Conn. He is responsible for commercial banking relationship management, serving business clients throughout Greater Hartford and the Farmington Valley.

Milligan has 28 years of experience in banking and wealth management. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as a Senior Relationship Manager at both Bank of America in Hartford and U.S. Trust Private Wealth Management in Springfield, Mass. Milligan holds NASD-FINRA Series 7, 6 and 63 NASD investment licenses.

An Avon, Conn., resident, Milligan has earned distinction as a Paul Harris Fellow with Rotary International and is an active supporter of The Open Hearth, Gifts of Love and Riverfront Recapture in his community. He is a graduate of New Hampshire College in Manchester, N.H., and also studied economics at the University of Keele in the United Kingdom. Milligan grew up in West Hartford, where he graduated from Northwest Catholic High School in 1981.
