Mark Sheldon Joins TD Bank as Vice President in Commercial Real Estate in Tampa

TAMPA (February 20, 2014) – TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has named Mark E. Sheldon as Vice President in Regional Commercial Real Estate in Tampa. He is responsible for providing a range of real estate lending services to commercial clients throughout the Tampa Bay market.

Mr. Sheldon has 28 years of banking, lending and real estate experience. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as a Commercial Client Manager at C1 Bank in St. Petersburg, Fla. Before that, Mr. Sheldon was a Principal at Amprop Development Corp., serving as developer and part-owner of numerous commercial real estate development projects.

An Indian Shores, Fla., resident, Mr. Sheldon is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors, Inc. He is a 1986 graduate of the University of Florida.
