Gregory P. McCarthy has joined Martin's Point Health Care as the Director of Information Services in the South Portland office.

McCarthy brings to Martin's Point a great depth of experience in information systems. He most recently served for seven years at Berry, Dunn, McNeil & Parker, attaining the position of Senior Consulting Manager in its Management and Information Technology Consulting practice.

McCarthy also is the immediate past president of the New England Chapter of the Healthcare Information Management and Systems Society (HIMSS) and an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).

A North Yarmouth resident and a Maine native, McCarthy received an undergraduate degree from the University of Maine and a master's in business from DePaul University. He serves on the Board for the Center for Grieving Children in Portland.
