Martin's Point Names New Process Improvement Director
Rene Sierra has joined Martin's Point Health Care as the new Director of Process Improvement in Portland.
Sierra has more than 25 years of experience in management, process improvement and engineering. He most recently spent three years as the Director of Corporate Marketing at Fairchild Semiconductor. Prior to that, he served for 15 years in engineering and marketing at Analog Devices in Norwood, Mass.
"Rene has a depth of knowledge that will enhance the development of process improvement activities at Martin's Point," said David Howes, M.D., president of Martin's Point. "He is equipped with a variety of demonstrated skills, capabilities and accomplishments. We couldn't be more pleased that he has joined us."
A resident of Falmouth, Sierra is a native of Puerto Rico. He holds a pair of undergraduate degrees - electrical engineering from the University of Puerto Rico and executive management from the University of California, San Diego.
