SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine - Michael F. Pruyn has been named vice president of professional services in the Technology Department at South Portland-based IntelliCare, Inc., a leading provider of medical contact center services and technology.

Pruyn is responsible for managing IntelliCare's data interface library and customizing applications to fit client needs. He has more than 20 years experience in technology, and previously worked for Unum and the Smith Group.

A Portland resident, Pruyn earned an undergraduate degree in 1981 from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., and received a master's in computer science from Baruch College in New York City.
