Nancy Matthews Joins TD Bank as Commercial Relationship Manager in Florence, S.C.

FLORENCE, S.C. (April 4, 2012) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Nancy E. Matthews as Commercial Relationship Manager in Commercial Banking in Florence, S.C. An assistant vice president, she is responsible for commercial and small business relationship building, including generating commercial loans and deposits, serving business clients throughout Florence and the Pee Dee region.

Matthews has 15 years of banking experience, focused on lending, sales, management and training. She is returning to banking after a number of years in corporate relations and business development, including her most recent position as Marketing Representative for Carolina Waste Solutions in Darlington, S.C. Matthews also served as Director of Corporate Relations for the American Heart Association in Florence, and the Executive Director of the Greater Darlington Chamber of Commerce. She established her banking career with Bank of America and its predecessors.

A Darlington resident, Matthews serves of the Board of Directors for the YMCA of the Upper Pee Dee. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.
