Patricia D. Urbano Named Regional Vice President in Commercial Lending at TD Bank in Andover, Mass.

ANDOVER, Mass. (February 24, 2011) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has promoted Patricia D. Urbano to Regional Vice President in the Commercial Lending Division in Andover, Mass. She is responsible for managing a team of commercial lenders and of small business lenders who serve customers throughout the Merrimack Valley.
Urbano has 30 years of experience in banking and lending. She joined TD Bank in 1992 and most recently served as a Senior Vice President and Team Leader in Commercial Lending. Urbano serves on the Board of Directors and chairs the Finance Committees for both Emmaus, Inc., in Haverhill, Mass., and Bellesini Academy in Lawrence, Mass. She also serves on the board of Mental Health Resources, Inc., in Lawrence, the Northern Essex Community College Foundation, and on the Advisory Council of the Merrimack Valley Chapter of the United Way.

A Melrose, Mass., resident, Urbano is a volunteer instructor and coordinator for Junior Achievement of Eastern Massachusetts. She received an MBA in 1985 from Suffolk University in Boston, and an undergraduate degree in 1975 from Emmanuel College in Boston. Urbano is a 1971 graduate of St. Patrick High School in Lawrence.
