Paul Bilodeau Named Vice President - Commercial Portfolio Loan Officer at TD Bank in Latham, N.Y.

LATHAM, N.Y. (January 14, 2011) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Paul M. Bilodeau to Vice President - Commercial Portfolio Loan Officer in Commercial Banking in Latham, N.Y. He is responsible for handling the daily activities and supervision of a portfolio of commercial loans, including the approval and review of loans, maintenance of credit standards, industry analysis and risk management.
Bilodeau has 20 years of experience in banking and lending. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as a Credit Manager at Glens Falls National Bank, and before that, as an Underwriter and Analyst in commercial banking at JP Morgan Chase in Albany, N.Y. Bilodeau is a member of the Risk Management Association (RMA).

Bilodeau, who recently relocated to Cohoes from Glens Falls, N.Y., has volunteered with Junior Achievement. He is a 1990 graduate of Binghamton University in Binghamton, N.Y.
