TERRY S. BROBST NAMED VICE PRESIDENT AT PEOPLES HERITAGE BANK

Terry S. Brobst has been promoted to vice president in the Commercial Loan Administration Department at Peoples Heritage Bank in Portland. She will continue to manage all aspects of commercial loan documentation and operational issues throughout Maine.

Brobst joined Peoples in 1997 and has 18 years in banking. She previously served as an assistant vice president, and has spent her entire banking career in commercial loan administration.

A resident of Freeport, Brobst serves on the Freeport Planning Board. She is a 1982 graduate of Colby College in Waterville and spent a year abroad at Aberdeen University in Aberdeen, Scotland. A Damariscotta native, Brobst is a 1978 graduate of Lincoln Academy.

KARYN L. MALE NAMED VICE PRESIDENT AT PEOPLES HERITAGE BANK

Karyn L. Male has been promoted to vice president at Peoples Heritage Bank. A business development and sales manager at the Peoples Millcreek supermarket branch in South Portland, she will continue to manage day-to-day operations and develop small business lending.

Male joined Peoples in 2000 and has five years in banking. She previously served as an assistant vice president with Peoples, and has served as a sales manager at a bank in Virginia.

A resident of South Portland, Male is active in the United Way and the Maine Children's Cancer Society. She is a 1991 graduate of Radford University in Radford, Va.

WESLEY M. STEVENS NAMED ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT AT PEOPLES HERITAGE BANK

Wesley M. Stevens has been named assistant vice president at Peoples Heritage Bank. A business development and sales manager at the Farmington branch on Main Street, he will continue to manage day-to-day operations and develop small business lending in the community.

Stevens joined Peoples in 1995 and has nearly eight years in banking. He has previously served as a sales associate, customer service representative, and customer sales and service manager at other branch locations with Peoples.

A resident of Farmington, Stevens volunteers with the United Way and the March of Dimes. He is a 1994 graduate of Thomas College in Waterville. A Winslow native, Stevens is a 1990 graduate of Winslow High School.

DONNA W. HANCOCK NAMED ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT AT PEOPLES HERITAGE BANK

Donna W. Hancock has been named an assistant vice president at Peoples Heritage Bank. In her role as business development and sales manager at the Peoples branch in the Brunswick Hannaford, she will continue to manage business development, small business lending and overall banking operations.

Hancock joined Peoples in 1992 and has 19 years in banking. She has previously served as an assistant manager, head teller and teller at Peoples, and as a branch manager at another Maine bank. Hancock is a member of the Northern New England Center for Financial Training.

A resident of Mercer, Hancock volunteers as a United Way coordinator, a committee member for the March of Dimes, an assistant field hockey coach in the Skowhegan Rec Department and a softball coach in the Smithfield Rec Department. She is a 1993 graduate of Husson College and a 1982 graduate of Jay High School.

KANDY A. MOREAU NAMED VICE PRESIDENT AT PEOPLES HERITAGE BANK

Kandy A. Moreau has been promoted to vice president at Peoples Heritage Bank. She will continue to manage business development, small business lending and overall banking operations at the Peoples branch in Gray in her role as business development and sales manager.

Moreau joined Peoples in 1995 and has 29 years in banking. She has previously served as the manager at the Mechanic Falls branch of Peoples, and in a variety of positions at two other Maine banks.

A resident of Raymond, Moreau is currently enrolled at St. JosephÕs College in Standish. She is a 1972 graduate of Westbrook High School.

CHRISTY L. MILLARD NAMED ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT AT PEOPLES HERITAGE BANK

Christy L. Millard has been named an assistant vice president at Peoples Heritage Bank. A branch manager, she will continue to manage business development, small business lending and overall banking operations at the Peoples banking center on Springer Drive in Bangor.

Millard joined Peoples in 1995 and has 11 years in banking. She has previously served as a mortgage loan officer, an assistant manager and a branch supervisor.

Millard is a Glenburn resident. She is a 1992 graduate of Hermon High School.
