Peter White Named Head of Sponsor Finance at TD Bank

Peter R. White has joined TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, as the Head of Sponsor Finance. He is responsible for establishing and leading a group that finances transactions for private equity firms throughout TD Bank’s footprint, from Maine to Florida.

White has 30 years of experience in banking and leveraged finance. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as a Managing Director at BankBoston, FleetBoston Financial, GE Capital and CIT Group.

A Wellesley, Mass., resident, White serves on the Board of Directors of the Newton Wellesley PHO. He received an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College.
