CONCORD, N.H. – Attorney Joshua E. Menard has rejoined Preti Flaherty as an associate in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Business Law practices, the firm announced. Menard will focus his practice in bankruptcy and creditors rights issues and work in the firm’s Concord, New Hampshire office. This addition adds to an already growing practice in the firm.
Menard first joined Preti Flaherty in 2004 and is returning to the firm after practicing briefly at another local firm. Prior to joining the firm, Menard completed a two-year clerkship with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in New Hampshire. He also worked as a law clerk and interned with the City of Waltham, Mass. and the New Hampshire Public Defender Office.

Menard also served in the U.S. Army, stationed in Idar-Oberstein, Germany, and was awarded two Army Achievement Medals for meritorious performances. He is a 2002 graduate of Boston College Law School, a 1999 graduate of New England College in Henniker, N.H. and a 1997 graduate of New Hampshire Technical Institute in Concord, N.H.
