Richard Hay Named Senior Commercial Loan Officer at TD Bank in New York City

NEW YORK CITY (December 2, 2010) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Richard F. Hay a Senior Loan Officer-Vice President in Commercial Real Estate in New York City. He will manage TD Bank’s multifamily financing business, providing customized lending solutions to clients throughout the bank’s footprint from Maine to Florida.
Richard F. Hay, TD Bank's new Senior Loan Officer-Vice President in Commercial Real Estate in New York City. Hay has 30 years of experience in banking and lending. Prior to joining TD Bank, he led the multifamily warehouse lending division at GMAC and Washington Mutual in Maryland, and before that held a similar position at Chase Manhattan in New York City. Hay is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association.

A resident of Garden City, N.Y., Hay is a 1972 graduate of Pace University. He is a native of Jamaica, N.Y. and graduated from Brooklyn Prep High School.
