WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (December 7, 2012) – TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has named Robert E. Wilkins, Jr., as Vice President, Florida Government Banking Manager, based in West Palm Beach. He is responsible for the management and growth of TD Bank’s Florida Government Banking line of business, providing a wide range of products and services to government banking clients across the state.

Wilkins has 26 years of banking experience. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as a Senior Vice President in Treasury Management at both Wells Fargo Bank and Bank of America in West Palm Beach. He has earned designation as a Certified Cash Manager (CCM).

A West Palm Beach resident, Wilkins received an MBA in 1985 from Samford University in Birmingham, Ala., and an undergraduate degree in 1979 from Florida A & M University in Tallahassee.
