Sherrin Lacourse Joins Ram Management as Leasing Director for RiverPlace

Sherrin M. Lacourse has joined Ram Management Co., Inc. as the Director of Leasing and Property Management for RiverPlace by Ram, a new luxury rental apartment community set to open in May on the waterfront in South Portland.

Lacourse's duties include overseeing leasing, marketing and advertising, as well as the operational property management for the $17 million project developed by Ram. So far, as part of a pre-application program, she has either pre-leased or reserved nearly 10 percent of the 136 rental apartments.

Lacourse has more than seven years in property management. She has previously served as property manager for apartment communities managed by Equity Residential and Princeton Properties throughout Maine and Massachusetts. She is a member of the National Apartment Leasing Professionals (NALP).

A resident of Peaks Island, Lacourse is a 1994 graduate of Merrimack College in North Andover, Mass. A native of South Portland, she is a 1990 graduate of South Portland High School.
