New mortgage loan officers include:

Shanna L. Masterman, who is responsible for originating residential mortgage loans for customers throughout the Augusta region, Farmington and Waterville. She is located in the TD Banknorth branch at 101 Western Avenue in Augusta.

A Jay resident, Masterman joined TD Banknorth in 1998 and previously served as a construction loan supervisor. She is originally from Farmington, where she graduated from Mt. Blue High School in 1994.


Donna L. Miller, who is responsible for originating residential mortgage loans for customers throughout the Midcoast region, stretching from Portland to Wiscasset. She is based in the TD Banknorth branch at 10 Tibbetts Drive in Brunswick.

A resident of West Bath, Miller has 21 years of banking experience, including the last four years in the mortgage field. She is a graduate of Morse High School.



Timothy R. Heggeman, who is responsible for originating mortgages for customers in Cumberland and York counties from his base at TD Banknorth in Falmouth.

Heggeman, who joined TD Banknorth in 1999, has six years in banking and previously served as a mortgage processor. A resident of North Waterboro, he is active in the Westbrook/Warren Church. A native of Standish, Heggeman is a 1994 graduate of Bonny Eagle High School.



Thomas E. Lavoie, also based in Falmouth, is responsible for originating mortgage loans for customers throughout greater Portland and western Maine.

Lavoie has 23 years in banking and most recently served as a mortgage loan officer at another Maine bank for nine years. A resident of Gorham, he is a 1982 graduate of the University of Southern Maine and a 1978 graduate of Lake Region High School.



Gary R. Collins, who is responsible for originating mortgage loans for customers in the Lakes Region of western Maine.

Collins has 21 years in banking. Before joining TD Banknorth, he served as a senior loan officer and a branch manager at other Maine banks. A resident of North Bridgton, Collins is a 1980 graduate of the University of Maine.



Carol A. Edens, who is responsible for providing mortgage services to homeowners and first-time homebuyers throughout the Lewiston-Auburn region. She is based in the TD Banknorth branch on Main Street in Lewiston.

Edens has 27 years of experience in banking and mortgage services, and has previously worked at other banks serving the area. A Lisbon resident, she is a member of the Auburn/Lewiston Kiwanis Club, the Lisbon Boosters Club and the Lisbon Community School PAC. A Brunswick native, Edens is a 1977 graduate of Brunswick High School.
