Sonja Cullaro Joins TD Bank as Vice President, Commercial Lending for Palisades and North Passaic Region of New Jersey

RAMSEY, N.J. (November 6, 2011) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Sonja Cullaro as Vice President, Commercial Lending in Ramsey, N.J. She is responsible for generating, underwriting and managing a portfolio of commercial loans, including marketing credit and non-credit products to the commercial marketplace throughout the Palisades and North Passaic region of Northern New Jersey.

Cullaro has 11 years of industry experience. Prior to joining TD Bank, she served as a Senior Director in the Credit Risk Management Department at Fidelity Investments in Jersey City, N. J.

A resident of Mahwah, N.J., Cullaro received an MBA in finance and management in 2008 and an undergraduate degree in 2001, both from the NYU Stern School of Business in New York, N.Y.
