Stephen Festa Joins TD Bank as Vice President – Senior Relationship Manger in New Haven, Conn.

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (May 24, 2011) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Stephen L. Festa as Vice President – Senior Relationship Manager in Commercial Lending in New Haven, Conn. He is responsible for new business development among middle market companies in Southern Connecticut, and healthcare and not-for-profit entities across the region.

Festa has 27 years of experience in banking and lending. Prior to joining TD Bank, he worked in commercial lending at RBS Citizens, N.A., in Hartford, Conn., and GE Capital in Danbury and Norwalk, both in Connecticut.

A resident of Orange, Conn., Festa received an MBA in 1993 from Quinnipiac University and an undergraduate degree in 1984 from Fairfield University. He is a 1980 graduate of Hamden (Conn.) High School.
