TD Bank Names A. Keith Broyles Business Development Officer in Boston

BOSTON (April 23, 2010) – A. Keith Broyles has joined TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, as a Business Development Officer in Asset Based Lending in Boston. He is responsible for developing and growing asset based lending opportunities with a primary focus on large manufacturers, distributors and service providers throughout New England and upstate New York.

Broyles has more than 20 years of experience in commercial and asset based lending and finance. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served in a similar roll at Siemens Financial Services, Inc., National Bank of Canada and Shawmut Bank, all in Boston. Broyles is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, the Turnaround Management Association, and the Commercial Finance Association.

Broyles, who lives in Mansfield, Mass. with his three daughters, is a long time volunteer for Mansfield Youth Soccer, currently serving as President. He is a 1988 graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth. Broyles is a native of Norton, Mass., where he graduated from Norton High School in 1983.
