TD Bank Names Alan Garson Executive Director in Corporate Credit Management in Boston

BOSTON (November 29, 2010) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has named Alan Garson an Executive Director and Corporate Credit Team Leader in Corporate Credit Management in Boston. A senior vice president, he is responsible for underwriting and managing a portfolio of private equity sponsored and corporate loans.
Garson has 11 years of experience in finance and banking. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as a vice president at RBS Citizens Global Restructuring Group in Boston, a consultant at Richter Consulting, and a vice president at GE Capital Global Sponsor Finance.

A Lexington, Mass., resident, Garson is a member of the Johns Hopkins National Alumni Schools Committee. He is a 1999 graduate of Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.
