PHILADELPHIA (July 9, 2010) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has promoted Damien M. Ghee to Commercial Portfolio Loan Officer in the Metro Philadelphia Middle Market Lending Group. As Vice President, he will be responsible for portfolio management, serving a wide range of corporate and commercial clients throughout a region including Metro Philadelphia, South Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Mr. Ghee joined TD Bank in 2001 and has nine years of banking and lending experience. He previously served at TD Bank as a Senior Credit Analyst, Assistant Vice President in both the Metro Philadelphia Middle Market and Small Business lending, and a Customer Service Rep. Mr. Ghee is a member of the Young Professional Network.

A Winslow Township, N.J., resident and native, Mr. Ghee is a 2004 graduate of Rutgers University and a 1999 graduate of Edgewood Senior High School. He is presently pursuing an MBA at Boston University.
