MT. LAUREL, N.J. (January 22, 2014) – TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has named Donna J. Durkin as Senior Vice President, Director of Technology Risk Management & Information Security, based in Mt. Laurel, N.J. She is responsible for managing technology risk and information security across TD Bank’s lines of business.

Durkin has 33 years of experience in banking, information security and data privacy. Prior to joining TD Bank, she served as Information Security & Privacy Officer at Computershare in Canton, Mass., and Vice President in Networks & Systems at BMO Harris Bank in Chicago.

Durkin is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). She is a 1987 graduate of Loyola University in Chicago.
