TAMPA, Fla. (February 2, 2012) – TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, has promoted Dustin F. Russell to Assistant Vice President, Portfolio Loan Officer in Commercial Banking in Tampa, Fla. He is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial loans, including assisting with the structuring of new deals and analyzing industry trends, serving clients throughout the Central Florida market.

Mr. Russell has six years of experience in banking and lending. He joined TD Bank, in 2007 as a Commercial Credit Specialist and most recently served as a Credit Analyst. Prior to joining the bank, Mr. Russell served as a Corporate Banking Portfolio Manager at Fifth Third Bank in Tampa.

A Tampa resident, Mr. Russell is a 2005 graduate of The Ohio State University in Columbus.
